Hosting Services:
We purchase one account from each web hosting company
we come about and we give the web hosting company three
scores. The three scores are Customer Support, Value and
Server Performance. We give them five types of marks,
ranging from excellent to poor.
Customer Support is based on how well the web hosting
company responded to our inquiry via email and over the
phone. It also includes the speed they responded back
to us. In order to receive excellent, customer support
would need to respond to us promptly and provide a more
than sufficient answer to our inquiry.
Value
is based on the cost of their web hosting package in
comparison to the average price of hosting. We also
consider the type of customer support being offered
and the features included in each web hosting package.
Excellent value means the companys package is
one of the better bargains taking service, features
and quality of web hosting into consideration.
Server
performance is based on how well the website performed
in Europe, Asia, North and South America. We have several
access points in these continents, in which we then
perform the testing to ensure accurate server performance.
Excellent server performance usually means that the
hosting company performs above average in the world,
but reliability must be high and downtime must be kept
to a minimal.
